• Attachment and relationship healing
• Nervous system regulation and rest practices
• Guided reflection, psychoeducation, and supportive discussion
Facilitated by two Black Female therapists, this space is culturally responsive, affirming, and designed for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode.
This is not about fixing yourself.
